Step 1 – Installation

WordPress admin dashboard:

  1. Go to `Plugins` -> `Add New`.
  2. Click `Upload Plugin`.
  3. Upload `Elementor Pro Form Widget – HubSpot – Integration` plugin zip file.
  4. Activate it after the upload is complete.

Manual upload – FTP, SSH, SFTP etc:

  1. Unzip `Elementor Pro Form Widget – HubSpot – Integration` plugin zip file.
  2. Upload it to your `WordPress` plugin directory (usually /wp-content/plugins ).
  3. Go to `Admin` -> `Plugins` and activate it.

Step 2 – Crm integration settings

Go to the `Elementor` -> `HubSpot`.

Select “Authentication method”. Recommended method – “Private App Access Token”.

Option 1: HubSpot API key (old). Insert in the field `API key or Access Token` your personal API key.

Can be found under Integrations > API key. user guide

Option 2: Private App Access Token. Insert in the field `API key or Access Token` access token from your private app.

You can create an App and get an access token under Integrations > Private Apps. Section “Create a new private app” in user guide


Save settings

If you made changes to the fields in CRM, do not forget to return to the settings page and reset the cache of fields so that the changes are reflected in the settings on the site.

Step 3 – Form action after submit

Open to edit the page with the form that you want to send to the HubSpot.

Click on the form and click on section `Actions After Submit` on the left. Click in the `Add action` field and select the type you need.

After selecting a section will appear with fields to fill.

Below is an example of the filled-in fields.

Fill fields and click “Update” button.

When sending the form, the data will be transferred to HubSpot.

Where can I find the shortcode field to insert?

Open section `Form Fields`, click on the desired field, switch to the tab `Advanced`. In the field `Shortcode` there is a shortcode that can be inserted into the fields for the HubSpot .
