“Vos’moe nebo” (“8th Sky”)

We had been thinking about changing of an old site for a long time. Our guests often complained about our old site. It was difficult to open it from a mobile phone. We had spoken to three different web-studios, but we didn’t like their conditions.

We had a big luck when we had met ITGALAXY, It was at the very time while we were looking for a good web-studio. Guys from ITGALAXY came to us and we liked their conditions. The most important things were prices and relation to customers.

When we had our first meeting, I asked Andrey do not bury me into professional lexicon, and it was really easy and with pleasure to communicate. And main — all was understandable. I really thank him that he didn’t make me to write a statement of work, many of developers usually ask for it. He has just heard me and listened to me, and got what I wanted. Andrey has understood me immediately, I didn’t even show him patterns of a site. It was seen clearly that he appreciates his time and time of a client. He has never made me to wait. The next day after the meeting, He asked me all required things.

Also I’d like to note Alexey, a programmer. We contacted on the phone. He is an adequate and discerning specialist which understands that he works with people who are far away from such technologies. He explained clearly how to administrate the site, which buttons we should push and which we shouldn’t , and how to work with pictures for site. Alexey always listens to us with patient and gives call back. I really appreciate it. Thanks to right approach to the client and ability to listen to, we have got nice, design-friendly and quick site without unnecessary things which is shown on mobile phones correctly! Our guests are glad.
